ABOUT
Who is HER?
There's no shortage of women's health content anymore — doctors and influencers post about it daily. But more content hasn't meant better answers.
Not just an event series. Not just a library. A one-stop shop for women’s health.
WHY HER EXISTS
If anything, women are more confused than ever, fed information that's often contradictory or simply wrong, sometimes by people who should know better.
HER started because we have been there ourselves, dismissed and rushed, sometimes given the wrong answer entirely, even with one of us standing inside the medical system herself.
So we built something different. Science that actually holds up, without sounding clinical or preachy, and no topic too taboo to talk about.
HER exists to modernise how women's health is communicated and accessed, reshaping it at every touchpoint that matters.
HER is rooted in female biology. It uses "women" to refer to people with female reproductive systems, regardless of gender identity.
HER is You.
HER is Me.
HER is all the women walking
this path.
HER Mission
HER exists so the science isn't locked behind jargon, and real care isn't out of reach for the women who need it most.
01
ACCESSIBLE
HER moves away from generic advice — every woman's body is different and her health information should reflect that.
02
PERSONAL
HER doesn't publish a claim unless the evidence backs it up. No trend-chasing and no manufacturing certainty the science doesn't have.
03
HONEST
HER isn’t the finished version of this yet. It’s being built in the open, with the women who show up for it.
Founders
TEAM
HER is by Sandra Mikhail & Seda Sirin.
Sandra Mikhail
Sandra is a globally recognised dietitian, author and co-founder & CCO of HER, where she brings the clinical depth that anchors HER’s mission to transform women's health. With degrees from Monash University, ETH Zurich and the International Olympic Committee, she specialises in female digestive health, eating disorders, sports nutrition and corporate wellness. Her mission is to challenge the status quo and ensure women receive the care, clarity, and respect they deserve — advocating, writing and speaking until women's health is no longer treated as an afterthought. Sandra's workshops and articles on stress and nutrition have gained international attention: she was personally invited by Arianna Huffington to contribute to Thrive Global and has appeared on CNN to discuss nutrition and stress in the workplace. She is the author of The Gut Chronicles and co-hosts the podcast The Gastroenterologist and His Daughter.
